v1.0.1 Update

Finally finished doing a bit of polish on mostly-non-art stuff, which means that this won't change the core of the game. As usual, I haven't had the opportunity to test on mac or linux (or look into making a build for debian), so hopefully it works. The jam version is still up, so hopefully that will work if this doesn't. Anyway, here's what changed in 1.0.1:
- Controller support (Only tested with an Xbox One controller, but it should work with most)
- Resolution/quality/volume controls
- Added models for item pickups
- Made elevator noise louder (yes, there was a noise while the elevator was moving before)
- Made ending B less janky
- Minor performance improvements
- Fixed bug where footsteps could play while paused
- Fixed bug where text boxes could be skipped while paused
